Целью исследования является оценка роли цифровых технологий и предпринимательства в повышении эффективности цепочек поставок в докризисный и посткризисный периоды. Рассматриваются ВВП на душу населения как величина, характеризующая степень благосостояния страны в докризисный период, индекс эффективности логистики LPI, определяющий степень развитости логистической среды в стране, индекс цифровой жизни TIDL, оценивающий степень развитости экономики с позиций цифровизации, индекс предпринимательства GEI, отражающий степень развитости предпринимательства в стране. Проведен кластерный анализ стран по коэффициентам регрессии зависимости ВВП на душу населения от года. Итогом кластерного анализа явилось разбиение множества стран на кластеры, из которых для дальнейшего анализа выбраны отдельные экономики. Результатом работы стали выводы о значительной связи между ИКТ и логистикой, между уровнем развития предпринимательства и эффективностью логистики в докризисный период. Показано, что развитые экономики имеют высокую степень развития логистических систем, высокие значения рейтинга цифровой жизни и уровня предпринимательства, чего нельзя сказать о странах со средним и ниже уровнями развития. Главные выводы исследования заключаются в следующем: во-первых, активное внедрение ИКТ дает возможность восстановить разрушенные кризисом цепочки поставок, повысить их эффективность, во-вторых, развитие предпринимательства в стране дает серьезный толчок к повышению эффективности цепочек поставок, вследствие чего бизнес в условиях пандемии получает не только шанс выжить, но и значительные выгоды. Работа ограничена отсутствием данных посткризисных периодов, поэтому существует огромный спектр для дополнения текущего исследования на тему стабильности и устойчивости цепочек поставок в период и после пандемий.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of the study is to assess the role of digital technologies and entrepreneurship in improving the eﬃciency of supply chains in the pre- and post-crisis periods. The values considered are GDP per capita, characterizing the degree of the country’s well-being in the pre-crisis period; the LPI digital eﬃciency index, which determines the degree of development of the logistics environment in the country; the TIDL digital life index, which assesses the degree of development of the economy from the digital standpoint; and the GEI entrepreneurship index, which reﬂects the degree of development of entrepreneurship in the country. The result of cluster anal ysis was the division of many countries into clusters from which individual economies were selected for further analysis. The work resulted in conclusions about the communication system between ICT and logistics, as well as between the level of entrepreneurship and the eﬃciency of logistics in the pre-crisis period. It is shown that developed economies have a high level of development of logistics systems, and high values of the digital life rating and level of entrepreneurship, which cannot be said about countries with middle and lower levels of development.
